The Ultimate Body Challenge (UBC) 10 week fitness course combines fitness kickboxing, resistance training and an easy to follow nutritional plan that anyone can follow.

First, we team you up with a group of people who are looking to get in shape fast. Then we do a complete fitness evaluation of your current fitness level; a level we say goodbye to over the next 10 weeks. UBC creates a fun, social atmosphere because you aren’t doing it by yourself. You even have the chance to win a cruise vacation!

All UBC instructors teaching the group fitness classes are specially trained and certified to make sure you are performing the kickboxing techniques with proper form and power. So, when you finish the UBC not only will you have the body you’ve always wanted, you’ll be able to KICK BUTT!

FAQ

Q:  I do not know how to kickbox. Can I still start the course?

A:  Absolutely! Most people that start the UBC have never done kickboxing before. Our instructor staff will teach you everything that you need to know.

Q:  What kind of shape do I need to be in to start?

A:  The UBC is great for people of all fitness levels. You will work at your own rate.

Q:  What is the kickboxing like?

A:  Kickboxing is a high energy workout set to fast paced music. You will put on boxing gloves and punch the punching bags. You can burn around 800 calories an hour in a kickboxing class.
